Meet Natalie
I have been in the banking industry for 10 years, primarily in treasury management. I use my years of expertise to help businesses and nonprofits optimize cash flow, improve payment systems and manage financial risk. I have supported clients across Oregon, Washington and Idaho, helping streamline operations across diverse industries.
Before joining OCCU, I worked at both community and regional banks. I am especially passionate about partnering with local businesses on cash management, payment solutions and fraud prevention services and building meaningful, lasting relationships. With experience in back-office treasury support, team leadership and relationship management, I bring a well-rounded knowledge base to every client I serve.
Outside of work, I volunteer with local nonprofits including Food for Lane County, NeighborImpact, and MountainStar Family Relief Nursery. Originally from Bend, I attended Oregon State University – Cascades before moving to Lane County in 2021. I am focused on building strong local connections and learning how I can best support the Eugene-Springfield business community.
