OCCU West 11th branch is moving
Same great team. New, updated space, just a few doors down.
We’re making improvements and relocating the West 11th branch to a new location just a few doors down in the Market Place West Shopping Center. The move will be quick, but there will be a short period of downtime while we transition.
During construction and move‑in, we’ll share updates here so you always know what’s happening and when you can visit us in the new location. We’ll announce our grand opening in MyOCCU Online & Mobile and by email.
Key dates
- May: Construction takes place.
- May 15–May 22: West 11th ATM will be temporarily unavailable as we prepare to move it to the new location.
- May 23: West 11th ATM will reopen at our new location and will remain open through the duration of the move.
- June 8–June 15: Current West 11th branch will be closed while we complete the move.
- Mid-June: Grand opening of the new West 11th branch. We hope to see you there!
What to expect during the transition
ATM downtime (May 18–May 22): The West 11th ATM will be temporarily offline. In the meantime, you can use any surcharge‑free ATM in our network or visit a nearby branch/ATM.
Branch closure (June 8–June 12): Our current West 11th location will be closed while we move. You can still access your accounts through MyOCCU Online & Mobile or by visiting another branch.
Why we’re making the move
We’re always looking for new ways to better serve our members. The West 11th branch has felt a bit cramped. Our new location will provide more space and better access to existing services. We’re also improving accessibility, with a more ADA-friendly layout to better support all our members.
