The 2025 Premier Partner Summit is an exclusive event hosted by Oregon Community Credit Union (OCCU), to be held at J.W. Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Resort and Spa. The week will be filled with relevant industry and OCCU guest speakers, engagement activities and hosted events. Only OCCU-partnered Dealer Principals, Executive Managers, or General Managers are eligible to attend, and dealership enrollment is required. I confirm I am enrolling the dealership in OCCU’s 2025 Premier Partner Summit Challenge.


I understand I am enrolling the dealership in OCCU’s 2025 Premier Partner Summit Challenge (the “Challenge”). I understand that to be considered as a contestant for the Premier Partner Summit, I must 1) enroll my dealership in the Challenge, 2) enroll one prospective primary designee and their guest and 3) one alternate prospective designee and their guest. In the event the dealership is Challenge successful, the primary designee and their guest may be invited to attend. If for any reason the primary attendee is unable to attend and notifies OCCU in writing at least ten (10) days in advance, the invitation may be extended to the alternate designee and guest. 
 


RULES

  1. By entering the Challenge, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Rules.
  2. This Challenge is only open to enrolled OCCU-partnered CUDL dealerships in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho.
  3. Only OCCU-partnered Dealer Principals, Executive Managers, or General Managers are eligible to attend, absent an exception being granted by OCCU in its sole discretion. Exception requests should be directed to RBlack@myoccu.org.
  4. Enrollment to participate is required. Only validly enrolled dealerships are eligible to participate.
  5. Dealerships must select one primary designee and one alternate designee who may attend if OCCU is notified in advance that the primary designee is unable to attend.  
  6. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
  7. Eligible participation requires a fully completed enrollment form. Partially completed enrollment forms will not be accepted as valid enrollment in the Challenge.
  8. The Challenge period will be July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025.
  9. Challenge standing will be based on loan dollars funded with OCCU during the Challenge period with application dates of July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025.  Loans must be funded by end of business Friday, October 3, 2025 to be eligible.
  10. The top 25 Challenge producers, measured by funded dollars, may earn a spot at the 2025 Premier Partner Summit.
  11. OCCU will process, underwrite, and fund loans in the ordinary course of business without regard to this Challenge.
  12. In the event of a tie (rounded to the nearest dollar), the dealership submitting the fewest loans will prevail (highest average loan amount wins).
  13. OCCU may disqualify any dealership in its sole discretion. Reasons for disqualification may include, but are not limited to: dealerships attempting to exercise undue pressure on their loans in order to win this Challenge; actions OCCU deems inappropriate, high-risk, or out-of-compliance with applicable law; or submitting loans that fall below the quality standards that would apply in the normal course of dealing. 
  14. Winners will be notified by email at the contact information provided on the enrollment form. If a Winner fails to respond within 10 days, the Winner may be disqualified and OCCU may select the next-highest performing enrolled dealership in its sole discretion. 
  15. OCCU reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Challenge, in its entirety or in part for any reason in its sole discretion. Prizes are not guaranteed. All decisions of OCCU are final.
  16. Each entrant releases OCCU and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting this Challenge.

You agree that we may contact you for the purpose of providing information about your enrollment and your dealership’s performance standings in the Challenge. Premier Partner Summit Event 2025 in Scottsdale, AZ, the “West’s Most Western Town.” 

Tentative as of June 13, 2025 and subject to change.  

  • A hosted event at J.W. Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Resort and Spa.
  • Lodging from December 2 through the 4, checking out on Friday, December 5 in one of the Resort’s luxurious casitas.
  • Hosted dinners with all attendees, including OCCU Monday and Thursday.
  • A partial-day conference for dealership attendees on Tuesday featuring:
    • Dr. Bill Conerly, nationally recognized economist and contributor to Forbes magazine.
    • Attorney Andy Spillane, a shareholder with Godfrey & Kahn Law, in the Banking and Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Technology practices in the Milwaukee office.
    • Unknown Unconfirmed, VP New Products at ViTu, a digital license, title, and lien perfection partner. VitU is the only provider in the nation that delivers an unrivaled ecosystem connecting lenders, dealers, insurers and consumers. 
    • A fireside chat with senior executives from Origence (CUDL) and OCCU looking at the future of indirect lending and specifically OCCU’s indirect lending strategy.
    • A fireside chat with OCCU VPs and Directors of differing business units offering new perspectives on how your dealership can partner with OCCU in other ways.
    • During the Tuesday conference, guests of attendees will be treated with a spa day or golf.
  • Wednesday will be day of activities like you’ve never seen. Imagine horseback riding through the Sonoran Desert, taking a hot air balloon ride at dawn followed by a champagne brunch, or Jeep off-roading in the Sonoran Desert; all followed by a pub-crawl through Old Town Scottsdale, Wednesday evening.
  • Thursday will be a day of your choosing until 7:00 p.m. Golf, go to the spa, visit the Penske Racing Museum or Scottsdale’s Museum of the West, go shopping at Scottsdale’s Fashion Square, or take a ride on the McCormick-Stillman Railroad’s steam locomotive.
  • At 7:00 p.m. we’ll have a farewell awards dinner at the famous Lincoln Steakhouse and Bar.
  • Bring your best western boots. Hats and spurs are optional.
