Farmers markets  

Connect with farmers, artists and other small business owners in your area by visiting the farmers market! It’s a family friendly event that supports local economy, sustainability and is packed with healthy foods.

Art in the Park (Eugene, Oregon) 

Organized by the Whitaker Community market and hosted at the Scobert Gardens Park, Art in the Park is a free event that occurs on 7/26, 8/2, and 10/11 of this year. It includes live music, family-friendly activities, games, agriculture and so much more.   

  • July 26: Pride 

  • August 2: Farmers week 

  • October 11: Harvest fest 

Community members are invited to a series of four free events featuring live music, kid-centered activities, free live cooking demonstrations and games that celebrate local culture and agriculture. Each family-friendly gathering follows a theme to highlight our annual traditions: 

Bingo for Veterans (Redmond, Oregon) 

Hosted at Otto’s Landing, this family-friendly bingo event takes place every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Half of the winning proceeds go toward the Central Oregon Veterans Ranch! It’s fun, inexpensive and a great community event. 

Aloha Festival (Eugene, Oregon) 

2026 marks the 5th annual Aloha Festival! It’s an event that spotlights the culture of Pacific Islanders. It’s August 21 and 22 at Alton Baker Park in Eugene, Oregon. It’s free, family friendly and sure to be a great time! 

Summer Music Series (Roseburg, Oregon) 

Hosted by Copper Ridge Vineyard, the summer music series is fun for all ages! Take the family to see amazing views, settle into a spacious outdoor patio and immerse yourself in the calm ambiance of a vineyard.  

Brigadoon Wine Summer Sunsets Music Series (Junction City, Oregon) 

Nestled in the forests of Willamette Valley, the Brigadoon Vineyard is home to classic musical series! With a small, suggested donation amount, visitors get a sprawling view of the beautiful hillside and a taste of the rich history of Brigadoon’s family owned vineyard.  

First Friday Art Walk (Bend, Oregon) 

See the work of local artists in downtown Bend’s Friday art walks! Each walk has a different theme and vibe to add variety to your summer fun. Check out a mix of art styles and more at this family-orientated event.  

Tap Room Trivia (Corvallis, Oregon) 

From 6-8pm every Thursday, Southtown Taproom hosts trivia nights! Compete with a team of friends or make new ones on arrival. Just remember to bring your thinking cap!
