With enhanced security and accessibility features, you now have the option to connect face-to-face with our local team to get your questions answered and your banking done, right at the ATM. It’s convenient, secure and doesn’t require an ATM card to use.
Think of video teller service like an in-branch visit with our friendly team — without having to leave your car or visit a branch lobby.
How does it work?
Every OCCU ATM has the 24-hour self-service options you’ve come to expect. But during operating hours, you’ll have the option to speak face-to-face with a local teller on-screen as well
Our local team is on standby, ready to connect by video. They can help guide you during your visit and help get your questions answered.
No card required
You don’t need an ATM, debit or credit card to speak with a video teller. You can show them your photo ID to verify your identity and access your accounts. Then you can get personal service while you:
Cash a check
- Deposit cash/checks
- Get an advance on a loan
- Make payments
- Order new debit cards
- Transfer funds
- Update information
- Withdraw cash
- Exchange bills

Another benefit? Our video tellers are available beyond our branch hours:
Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
