Making payments from external accounts

To set up automatic payments or make a one-time payment from an external account:

  1. Hover over “Manage Cards” at the top of your dashboard.
  2. Select “Card Management” and hover over your credit card. Select the “Manage Card” button.
  3. To make a payment you will select “Payments from other institutions” then select “Set up and make card payments from non-OCCU accounts.”

The first time using this feature you will need to verify your identity by providing the information asked and accept the terms and conditions. Going forward you will not need to enter this information.

  1. Once you have completed the verification questions you will be able to manage your credit card.
  2. On the main Card Management page, you will select “make payment” on the right-hand side of the screen.

  4. On this page you can add your external account, select payment date, payment amount and enroll in autopay.

Important note: When setting up an external account it may take up to five calendar days to verify your account. Once this is completed you will then be able to make payments using your external account.
