Every member has a story and sometimes those stories are ones of struggle. And sometimes that struggle comes with a financial history that’s not exactly pristine. Escalating debt, late payments, poor credit.
Our member impact loan program has helped us meet those members where they’re at with small, nontraditional loans designed to provide financial support in unforeseen situations. We look beyond the typical qualification information and find a way to help our members, both new and long-standing.
Our members show us every day that they are resilient. And when times are tough, we provide special loans to help them get back on track. In 2024, we approved more than $3.5 million in loans for more than 500 members in financial emergencies. And we hope to show up for you just as much in 2025.
