Oregon State University and University of Oregon Football Home Game Ticket Giveaway 2024 (“Promotion”) 

Official Rules 

Promotion Period 

Promotion begins on August 10, 2024, at 12:01 am, and ends on November 30, 2024, at 11:59 pm (the “Promotion Period”) 

Entry 

By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.  No purchase necessary to enter or win. Individuals may enter by: 

  1. Members who have an active Duck Debit Card or The Duck Card in good standing are eligible to get two tickets to one of the home football games for UO.  
  2. Members who have an active Beaver Debit Card or OSU Beaver Card in good standing are eligible to get two tickets to one of the home football games for OSU; or 
  3. Eligible Members can also enter by mailing a 3” x 5” note card with their name, address, and telephone number to: OCCU’s “Oregon State University and University of Oregon Football Home Game Ticket Giveaway 2024” Contest, P.O. Box 77002 Springfield, OR 97475-0146. Limit one (1) Entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period.  

Prizes 

There will be one (1) winner for each Oregon State University and University of Oregon home game for the 2024 football season who will receive the following prizes: 

  1. Two tickets to one of the home games for Oregon State University or University of Oregon. 
    1. Home game dates for Oregon State University 
      1. August 31, September 14, September 21, October 5, October 19, November 9 and November 23.  
      2. Pair of tickets is valued between $150 to $400 
    2. Home game dates for University of Oregon 
      1. August 31, September 7, October 4, October 12, October 26, November 9 and November 30.   
      2. Pair of tickets is valued between $150 to $400 
         
  2. Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about three weeks prior to each home game and will be notified on or about on the same day of the drawing. Selected winners are only eligible to win once during the promotion duration. If repeat winner is selected at random OCCU will redraw a new winner. Winners will be notified by phone, via email, or by mail. Winners that cannot be contacted within five (5) business days by reasonable means will be disqualified. 

    Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The prizes are not transferable or assignable. Credit Union reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. 

Conditions 

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners agree to the use of their name and likeness in publicity without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this Promotion, each winner acknowledges that Oregon Community Credit Union has the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won, and all matters incidental thereto. By entering this Promotion, each entrant releases Oregon Community Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting the Promotion. Oregon Community Credit Union is not responsible for any cancellations, injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from winner’s participation in this Promotion or receipt of or use or misuse of a prize. Oregon Community Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Promotion, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Oregon Community Credit Union’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the promotion. 

Eligibility 

Open to all individuals who qualify under the entry rules above. Officials and employees of the Credit Union and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) are not eligible. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

To request a list of winners, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Oregon Community Credit Union, P.O. Box 77002, Springfield, OR 97475-0146, Attn: Marketing Department, after the end of the Promotion Period.
