Promotion Period
Promotion begins on July 8, 2024 at 9:00 am, and ends on July 19, 2024 at 6:00 pm (the “Promotion Period”).
Entry
By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per person during the promotion period. Individuals may enter by:
- Completing a paper entry form at the Cottage Grove branch (one entry per person). Paper entry form is attached to the paper airplane templates, available in the branch lobby during the promotion period.
- To enter without purchase mail a 3” x 5” note card with your name, address, and telephone number to: OCCU Contests, P.O. Box 77002 Springfield, OR 97475-0146.
An individual may receive up to a total of one (1) entries as follows: one entry per person regardless of method of entry.
Prizes
There will be one (1) winner who will receive one of the following prizes:
- Items sourced from local Cottage Grove stores (including, but not limited to: gift cards and household items) valued at (at least) $300.
Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 22, 2024 and will be notified on or about July 23, 2024. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The prize is not transferable or assignable. Credit Union reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Conditions
The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness in publicity without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, the winner acknowledges that Oregon Community Credit Union has the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won, and all matters incidental thereto. By entering this promotion, each entrant releases Oregon Community Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting the promotion. Oregon Community Credit Union is not responsible for any cancellations, injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from winner’s participation in this promotion or receipt of or use or misuse of a prize. Oregon Community Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Oregon Community Credit Union’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the promotion.
Eligibility
Open to all individuals who qualify under the entry rules above. Officials and employees of the Credit Union and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) are not eligible. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
